Privacy & Session Protection Policy

for Studio STARPOP

Studio Starpop is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients while also maintaining clear boundaries around session reservations, payments, cancellations, and missed appointments. This policy is designed to safeguard both client confidentiality and Studio Starpop’s time and creative resources.

1. Privacy & Confidentiality

Studio Starpop respects the trust clients place in the studio. Any information shared during consultations, strategy sessions, mentorships, or creative direction projects, including personal stories, branding materials, unreleased content, creative concepts, or business information will remain confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside the studio without written permission from the client.

All digital files, session notes, and creative materials provided by clients are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed-upon services. Studio Starpop does not sell, distribute, or disclose client information to third parties unless legally required. Studio Starpop owns all rights to video content curated under creative commons.

2. Privacy Is Not Grounds for Refunds or Cancellations

While Studio Starpop deeply respects client privacy, this policy cannot be used as a reason to dispute payments or request refunds. Clients cannot cite privacy concerns as a justification for canceling services, requesting their payment to be returned, or rescheduling without consequence.

Once any deposit or payment is made through our website or via Zelle, the client acknowledges understanding of the studio’s No Refund / No Make-Up Session Policy, which also applies in situations involving privacy concerns, hesitation to continue, or withdrawal from the process.

3. Missed Sessions, Cancellations & Privacy Claims

If a client chooses to discontinue their session, misses an appointment, cancels their booking, or withdraws their participation after reserving a session — for any reason, including personal circumstances, privacy concerns, or change of direction — Studio Starpop is not responsible for issuing refunds, credits, or alternative sessions.

The time slot, preparation, and creative development allocated to each client are exclusive and cannot be reassigned once booked. Because of this, refunds or rescheduled sessions are not guaranteed under any circumstance unless initiated by Studio Starpop.

4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

By booking with Studio Starpop, clients agree not to file chargebacks, payment disputes, PayPal claims, or bank reversals due to privacy concerns, missed sessions, cancellations, or personal changes in availability. Any attempt to dispute charges after agreeing to this policy may result in legal action, documentation submission to the payment processor, and immediate termination of services.

5. Exceptions

In the rare case that Studio Starpop needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, a new session date may be offered. Outside of this, all payments remain final and non-refundable.
