The Direction Duo experience includes two separate 45-minute session hosted virtually through Google Meet. After purchasing, it is the client’s responsibility to schedule a date and time to secure their reservation via email – info@studiostarpop.com. Please provide us 48 hours to reply and kindly note your session is not confirmed until a slot is selected and reserved on the booking timeline provided by Studio Starpop.
Important notice:
Once payment has been processed — including any deposit or full payment — you acknowledge and agree that Studio Starpop does not offer refunds under any circumstance. This applies to missed sessions, cancellations, changes in availability, or decisions to no longer proceed.
Because Studio Starpop provides intentional preparation, creative strategy, and allocates time from a team that supports recurring and monthly mentorship clients, rescheduling is not guaranteed. While we will do our best to accommodate in special cases, availability is limited and rescheduling is not promised. Clients are expected to be mindful and respectful of our team’s time, creative resources, and existing commitments.
